1) PHP, Apache HTTPD and MySQL/MariaDB application development and coding experience a must, DB2 experience good to have
2) Mastery over HTML/HTML5, CSS /CSS3 a must.
3) Hands-on experience on some of the popular PHP frameworks preferred (Laravel, Drupal).
4) Strong problem solving skills
5) Experience with any Source code control system and any Defect Tracking system
6) Good understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodology
7) Ability to form and articulate requirement and interact with stakeholder
8) Ability to provide thought leadership, accessing risk and driving innovation
9) Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and mentoring skills
